Job summary

S Guest Consultancy Services Ltd in the Midlands is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead demolition/deconstruction projects from planning through to successful delivery. You will coordinate with operations, commercial and technical teams to define strategy, methodology and programme, then drive on-site delivery while safeguarding health, safety and quality across challenging environments.

Demolition or deconstruction project management experience.
Experience managing complex construction projects.
Strong commercial and programme awareness.
Excellent health, safety and risk management understanding.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management.
Ability to plan and manage complex sequences.
Construction qualifications and professional training.
Willingness to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of projects from pre-start to completion.
Develop project strategy, methodology and programme with teams.
Lead delivery on site.
Manage programme, resources, subcontractors, client relationships, HSE, risk, quality, and overall project performance.
Hands-on PM rather than just reporting.
