The position involves supporting the Head of Department in business planning, achieving revenue targets, and embedding a high-performance culture aligned with the company

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a similar role is required.
• Experience in surveying, geospatial services or related technical environment is desirable.
• Proven experience in project management within surveying, geospatial, engineering or related technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage project teams to deliver results and exceed client expectations.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members including site-based surveying skills.
• Develop project briefs, schedules and resource allocations to optimise efficiency.
• Coordinate personnel, equipment, and project resources for successful delivery.
• Monitor progress against budgets and schedules; take corrective action where needed.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
