Job summary

Pontoon is seeking an experienced Geospatial & Digital Product Lead to drive development of geospatial and digital capabilities for a major infrastructure planning programme. The role will bridge business, digital and technical teams, and supports hybrid working from Warwick or Wokingham.

You will lead geospatial product delivery, translate business requirements into roadmaps, manage external suppliers and ensure governance and best practices across GIS solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading geospatial, digital, data or analytical products within complex organisations.
• Strong background in business analysis, requirements gathering and solution definition.
• Experience working with GIS technologies, geospatial applications and spatial datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of geospatial and digital product capabilities.
• Gather, define and translate business requirements into technical solutions and product roadmaps.
• Act as the interface between business stakeholders, product teams, technology functions and suppliers.
• Provide governance and direction for geospatial products and digital capabilities.
• Drive GIS applications, mapping products and decision-support tools.
• Promote consistency and best practices across digital and geospatial solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
