Job summary

Severn Trent Plc is seeking a Lead Project Manager to drive delivery of major capital programmes across Water, Waste and Infrastructure. You will lead high-performing teams, manage budgets and stakeholders, and ensure projects meet safety and governance standards.

This role offers flexible working arrangements within our Capital Delivery teams, with office and home-working considerations varying by team and role.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading complex engineering or capital programmes.
Strong stakeholder management, budgeting and risk management.
Full UK driving licence.
Experience with NEC contracts and CDM regulations.
Degree in Engineering, Construction, Environmental or Project Management.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of complex capital programmes across Water, Waste and Infrastructure.
Manage multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and governance requirements.
