Lead Careers Ltd in Bedfordshire is seeking a Project Landscape Architect with 3–6 years’ experience who wants to stay focused on design and delivery rather than LVIA. You’ll work on a mix of commercial, public realm and high-end residential landscapes from concept through construction.

The role offers hybrid working with 1–2 days in the office, a strong project pipeline, and opportunities to develop both design and technical skills within a small, friendly team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Landscape Architecture required.
• 3–6 years' experience in landscape architecture.
• Experience in concept and detailed landscape design.
• Proficiency with technical drawing packages and construction information.
• Planting design and specification experience.
• Project coordination and delivery responsibilities.
• Experience collaborating with clients, external consultants and architects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and workloads.
• Willingness to mentor less experienced team members.

Responsibilities

• Involved in projects from early ideas and concepts through to technical stages and delivery.
• Design and develop landscape schemes for commercial, public realm and high-end residential projects.
• Coordinate with architects and wider design teams to ensure integrated delivery.

Role – Project Landscape Architect

Location – Hybrid

Salary - £40 – 50K DOE

Are you looking for a design focussed role with no LVIA?

If you’re a Landscape Architect with around 3 to 6 years’ experience and you want to stay focused on design rather than LVIA, this one is definitely worth a look.

We’re working with a small, established landscape practice in Bedfordshire that works on a great mix of projects across commercial, public realm and high-end residential. You’ll get involved in projects from the early ideas and concepts right through to the technical stages and delivery, with plenty of opportunity to take on more responsibility as you progress. It’s a smaller team, so you’re not going to be stuck working on one tiny part of a project. You’ll get to design, develop your technical skills, deal with clients and actually see your projects through.

They are based in Bedfordshire and can offer excellent hybrid flexibility, which also means they can consider people based across a much wider area, including Suffolk, Gloucestershire, Northamptonshire and Central London.

PROJECT LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS

• A degree in Landscape Architecture
