Job summary

Lead Careers Ltd is supporting a small, established landscape practice in Bedfordshire to hire a Project Landscape Architect. The role is hybrid with 1–2 days in the office and involves taking projects from early concepts through to technical delivery across commercial, public realm and high-end residential work.

You will join a close-knit team, manage workloads, coordinate with clients and design partners, and have opportunities to expand design and technical skills while progressing within the

Qualifications

• A degree in Landscape Architecture
• 3 to 6 years’ experience in landscape architecture
• Experience with concept to detailed design and client coordination
• Proficient in producing technical drawings and construction information
• Planting design and specification experience
• Ability to coordinate with architects and external consultants
• Ability to manage projects and workloads and support junior team members

Role – Project Landscape Architect

Location – Hybrid

Salary - £40 – 50K DOE

Are you looking for a design focussed role with no LVIA?

If you’re a Landscape Architect with around 3 to 6 years’ experience and you want to stay focused on design rather than LVIA, this one is definitely worth a look.

We’re working with a small, established landscape practice in Bedfordshire that works on a great mix of projects across commercial, public realm and high-end residential. You’ll get involved in projects from the early ideas and concepts right through to the technical stages and delivery, with plenty of opportunity to take on more responsibility as you progress. It’s a smaller team, so you’re not going to be stuck working on one tiny part of a project. You’ll get to design, develop your technical skills, deal with clients and actually see your projects through.

They are based in Bedfordshire and can offer excellent hybrid flexibility, which also means they can consider people based across a much wider area, including Suffolk, Gloucestershire, Northamptonshire and Central London.

PROJECT LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS

• A degree in Landscape Architecture
• 3 to 6 Years’ experience
• Concept and detailed landscape design
• Technical drawing packages and construction information
• Planting design and specification
• Project coordination and delivery
• Working with clients and external consultants
• Coordinating with architects and wider design teams
• Managing individual projects and workloads
• Supporting less experienced members of the team where required
