Job summary

Gov Facility Services Limited is seeking a Project Interface Lead on a fixed-term basis to coordinate interfaces between MOJ project teams, contractors and GFSL maintenance teams. The role focuses on ensuring effective communication, collaboration and risk mitigation across expansion works in a prison environment.

The position requires strong liaison skills, site-based interface management, and provision of operational support to site leadership for a successful handover to business-as-usual

Qualifications

• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• IOSH and SMSTS certifications desirable.
• Experience in a project interface role within a prison environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the communication link between MOJ project teams, contractors, stakeholders and GFSL maintenance teams to coordinate interfaces.
• Facilitate collaboration across all parties and manage site-based interfaces.
• Mitigate operational risks and ensure smooth project handover to BAU maintenance activities.
• Provide operational support to GFSL Supervisors and Site Managers for informed decision-making.
