Job summary

Gov Facilities Services Limited (GFSL) is seeking an experienced Project Interface Lead to join our facilities team at HMP Highpoint and HMP Chelmsford, category C adult male prisons. The role focuses on coordinating MOJ project teams, contractors and maintenance colleagues to ensure safe, timely delivery of significant expansion works.

You will manage site-based interfaces, mitigate operational risks, and support site supervisors to enable informed decision-making and smooth project handovers.

Qualifications

• IOSH certification.
• SMSTS certification.
• Experience in a similar role in a prison environment is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the communicator between MOJ project teams, contractors and GFSL maintenance teams.
• Facilitate coordination, resolve interface issues and support project delivery.
• Manage site-based interfaces and mitigate operational risks.
• Support Supervisors and Site Managers for informed decision-making and handovers.
