Job summary

Gov Facilities Services Limited (GFSL) is seeking a Project Interface Lead to coordinate between MOJ project teams, contractors and GFSL maintenance staff across HMP Highpoint and HMP Chelmsford. The role requires managing site-based interfaces, mitigating risks and ensuring continuity between project delivery and normal maintenance activities.

You will support GFSL Supervisors and Site Managers to enable informed decisions and smooth project handover, with travel between sites as required.

Qualifications

• IOSH certification is required.
• SMSTS certification is required.
• Experience working in a prison environment is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between MOJ project teams, contractors and GFSL maintenance staff to support project delivery.
• Manage site-based project interfaces and ensure effective resolution of interface issues.
• Mitigate operational risks and ensure continuity between project implementation and business-as-usual maintenance activities.
• Provide operational support to GFSL Supervisors and Site Managers for informed decision-making and smooth handovers.
