Job summary

Gov Facilities Services Limited (GFSL) is seeking a Project Interface Lead for a fixed-term contract at HMP Highpoint and HMP Chelmsford. You will coordinate MOJ project teams, contractors and GFSL maintenance staff to ensure safe, on-time delivery of expansion works.

The role requires strong communication, adaptability, and willingness to travel between two prison sites. IOSH and SMSTS certifications are desirable; experience in a prison environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MOJ project teams, contractors and GFSL maintenance teams.
• Manage site-based project interfaces and resolve interface issues.
• Support Supervisors and Site Managers for smooth handover and decision-making.
• Ensure continuity between project implementation and BAU maintenance.
