Job summary

Real is seeking a Document Controller / Design & Information Coordinator to join a major project team in Birmingham. You will own the project information environment, manage 4Projects / Trimble CDE, and collaborate with design and delivery teams to ensure information is accurate and accessible.

You will coordinate drawings, technical submissions, workflows and approvals, and help establish a single source of truth for project information across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience within document control, information management or project information coordination.
• Experience working in construction, infrastructure, healthcare or major project environments.
• Good working knowledge of 4Projects, Viewpoint, Trimble or a similar CDE.
• Experience managing technical documentation, drawings and document workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the project 4Projects / Trimble CDE and establish a controlled information process.
• Coordinate information between designers, contractors, FM providers and project team.
• Support migration of historic information and tracking deliverables.
• Assist with asset, handover and lifecycle information requirements.
