Job summary

Careys is seeking an experienced Project Handover Manager to join the HSSQ team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover. The role focuses on leading the project handover process across multiple sites, ensuring documentation is complete, compliant and delivered on time.

You will work with project teams, clients, subcontractors and regulatory bodies to deliver smooth close-outs and maintain high standards our clients expect, while developing templates and improving processes.

• Lead the handover processes across multiple sites and disciplines.
• Ensure O&M manuals, as-built drawings, test certificates and other compliance documents are complete and delivered on time.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, subcontractors and regulators to achieve smooth handovers.
• Develop and maintain handover checklists, templates and procedures.
• Monitor readiness and report on compliance across the project portfolio.
