Qualifikationen

• Degree in a relevant technical or business field is required.
• Proven experience in contract preparation, negotiation and administration.
• Experience supporting complex contracts in public sector or large organisations.

Aufgaben

• Support contract workstreams during a large transition/ hand-back period.
• Monitor contract deliverables and obligations to ensure compliance.
• Draft, review and negotiate agreements including variations and notices.
• Coordinate actions, collect evidence, and close out issues timely.
• Liaise with legal, technical, project, and commercial teams to drive resolution.
• Track customer obligations and manage non-conformances.
