Job summary

Reevr Talent Ltd in Market Harborough is looking for a hands-on Project Engineer with strong SolidWorks 3D design skills to own a range of machinery projects from concept through to on-site implementation. You will produce detailed 3D designs and BOMs, perform site surveys, design efficient layouts to maximise floor space and integrate third-party equipment to deliver practical engineering solutions.

Qualifications

Strong SolidWorks 3D skills; other CAD packages alone will not suffice.
Experience producing manufacturing drawings, general arrangements and BOMs.
Practical understanding of machinery design and design for manufacture.
Confidence carrying out site surveys and translating requirements into layouts.
Hands-on, solutions-focused approach with ability to mix design office and site work.

Responsibilities

Produce detailed 3D designs, general arrangement drawings and BOMs using SolidWorks.
Develop designs with manufacture, installation and practical application in mind.
Carry out site surveys to assess existing equipment, space and project requirements.
Design effective machinery layouts that maximise available floor space.
Develop complete engineering solutions, including third-party equipment integration.
Support projects from initial site assessment to workable engineering solutions.
