Job summary

You will produce detailed 3D designs and BOMs using SolidWorks, develop designs with manufacture and installation in mind, and carry out site surveys to assess existing equipment, space and requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong SolidWorks 3D skills essential.
• Experience producing manufacturing drawings, general arrangements and BOMs.
• Practical understanding of machinery design and design for manufacture.
• Confident in site surveys and translating requirements into layouts.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed 3D designs and BOMs using SolidWorks.
• Develop designs with manufacture, installation and practical application in mind.
• Carry out site surveys to assess equipment, space and project requirements.
• Design machinery layouts that maximise floor space.
• Develop complete engineering solutions, including third‑party integrations.
• Support projects from assessment through to workable engineering solutions.
