Job summary

MCR Property Group is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our construction team across Scotland, delivering residential, commercial and mixed-use developments from £1m to £250m GDV. You will own projects from inception to completion, coordinating design, construction and financial elements to a high standard.

We require a minimum of 10 years in construction, a degree in a construction-related discipline, and knowledge of CDM, Building Regulations and health & safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Track record delivering £20m+ projects through full development cycles.
• Degree education in a construction-related discipline; professional accreditation advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of current and future projects across Scotland, delivering on time and within budget.
• Lead on-site construction teams and coordinate with Senior Leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, CDM, health & safety and QA standards.
• Travel between multiple sites as required.
