Job summary

ADI UK Ltd in Preston is seeking a Project Delivery Coordinator to join our Project Delivery team. You will help ensure projects run smoothly from mobilisation through to completion, coordinating information and actions across departments.

You will collaborate with Project Managers and teams in Sales, Technical Resource, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations, maintaining governance, tracking milestones and risks, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• You will ideally have experience coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities are essential.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities from mobilisation through to completion.
• Support project planning, governance and reporting across teams.
• Track actions, milestones, risks and dependencies and maintain project docs.
• Assist with client and stakeholder communications and ensure cross-department information sharing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the Project Delivery function.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Project Delivery Coordinator to join our Project Delivery team in Preston. The successful candidate will help ensure our projects run smoothly from start to finish, making sure the right people have the right information at the right time.

Working closely with our Project Managers and colleagues across Sales, Technical Resource, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations, you will coordinate project activities from mobilisation through to completion. You will support project planning, governance and reporting, track actions, milestones, risks and dependencies, and maintain project documentation and systems. You will also support client and stakeholder communications, make sure information is shared and actions are delivered across departments, and help drive continuous improvement across the Project Delivery function.

You will ideally have experience within project coordination, project delivery, operations or a similar fast-paced environment. For the right candidate, this role offers a clear development pathway into Project Management, supported by ongoing training and development.

You will have:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues across a range of departments.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to spot gaps and keep momentum going.

• Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Teams, Outlook and Excel.
