Job summary

Thirteen Group is hiring a Project Co-ordinator to support investment delivery across our homes and communities. The role combines on-site work with office days in Middlesbrough, requiring travel across Tees Valley and the North East and Yorkshire.

You will coordinate inspections, liaise with customers and contractors, and monitor progress while ensuring safety, quality and a positive customer experience. The role offers hybrid working and a strong focus on delivery in occupied homes.

Qualifications

• Background in a construction or property-related role.
• Experience delivering construction/refurbishment/property investment projects.
• Knowledge of building compliance, health and safety and CDM regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience delivering projects in occupied homes with minimal disruption.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support the successful delivery of planned investment works across our homes.
• Coordinate site inspections and handovers, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, contractors and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
• Work proactively with contractors to resolve access issues and support customers.
• Act as a key point of contact for contractors and internal teams; coordinate meetings and progress reviews.
• Provide excellent customer experience by handling enquiries and gathering feedback.
