Job summary

Thirteen Group is seeking a Project Co-ordinator to join the Investment Delivery team. The role blends on-site work with office days at Hudson Quay, Middlesbrough, and occasional travel across the Tees Valley.

You’ll coordinate inspections, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects meet safety and quality standards. The position focuses on delivering refurbishment and estate improvement programmes while keeping customers at the heart of the experience.

Qualifications

• Background in a construction or property-related role.
• Experience supporting the delivery of construction, refurbishment, or property investment projects.
• Strong knowledge of building compliance, health and safety requirements, and CDM regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage with customers, contractors and colleagues at all levels.
• Understand how to deliver projects within occupied homes and minimise disruption for customers.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to various work locations.

Responsibilities

• Support the successful delivery of planned investment works across homes.
• Coordinate site inspections and handovers, ensuring completed works meet specifications, quality and compliance standards.
• Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
• Work proactively with contractors to resolve access issues and support customers throughout the programme of works.
• Act as a key point of contact for contractors and internal teams; coordinate meetings, site visits and progress reviews.
• Provide an excellent customer experience by handling enquiries and gathering feedback.
