Job summary

Thirteen Group is seeking a Project Co-ordinator to join the Investment Delivery team. The role blends on-site work with office days at Hudson Quay, Middlesbrough, and occasional travel across the Tees Valley.

You’ll coordinate inspections, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects meet safety and quality standards. The position focuses on delivering refurbishment and estate improvement programmes while keeping customers at the heart of the experience.

Qualifications

• Background in a construction or property-related role.
• Experience supporting the delivery of construction, refurbishment, or property investment projects.
• Strong knowledge of building compliance, health and safety requirements, and CDM regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage with customers, contractors and colleagues at all levels.
• Understand how to deliver projects within occupied homes and minimise disruption for customers.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to various work locations.

Role Overview

Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a Project Co-ordinator to join our Investment Delivery team. We're continually investing in our homes and communities, delivering major refurbishment and estate improvement programmes that make a real difference to our customers. Our aim is to ensure customers live in homes that are safe, comfortable, and fit for the future.

As Project Co-ordinator, you'll work closely with colleagues, contractors and customers to support the successful delivery of a range of investment projects. You’ll help make sure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard, whilst keeping the customer experience at the heart of everything you do.

This is a hybrid role, with the majority of your working week spent working on site. You’ll also be expected to work at least one day a week from our fantastic office at Hudson Quay in Middlesbrough, and you’ll have the opportunity to work from home.

Most projects are located across the Tees Valley, but you'll also support projects throughout the North East and Yorkshire. You'll therefore need to be comfortable travelling when required and be flexible to attend the office more frequently to meet business and team needs.

About You

• We’re looking for someone with a background in a construction or property-related role.
• You’ll have experience supporting the delivery and completion of construction, refurbishment, or property investment projects.
• Strong knowledge of building compliance, health and safety requirements, and CDM regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to positively engage with customers, contractors and colleagues at all levels.
• You’ll understand how to deliver projects within occupied homes and the importance of minimising disruption for customers.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• You’ll have a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel to various work locations.
