Job summary

Russell Taylor Group in Bristol is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to join our Building Consultancy & Design team. The role supports Building Surveyors, Project Managers and designers across multiple commissions, coordinating documentation, procurement and delivery to ensure projects progress on time and to a high standard.

Salary circa £40,000 with an extensive benefits package. This permanent position offers exposure to public sector and education projects within a respected

Qualifications

• Exceptionally organised and able to prioritise
• Strong communication with clients, consultants and team
• Detail focused with accurate documentation and reporting
• Proactive and able to drive actions to completion

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project documents, reports, correspondence and information
• Support tender preparation, schedules and project submissions
• Monitor actions, deadlines and key deliverables
• Attend meetings, prepare minutes and drive actions to completion
• Support budget, expenditure, invoicing and purchase orders
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders
• Maintain project records and document control
• Coordinate diaries and project communications
• Support Building Surveying, Design and PM teams across multiple commissions
• Help present projects professionally and on track
