Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a Building Surveyor in Bristol to join a well-established building consultancy. The role centres on project delivery, Employer's Agent and Contract Administration, with exposure to a broad range of professional surveying work and APC progression.

The successful candidate will work with an experienced management team, develop building surveys, dilapidations, and related services, and progress toward MRICS status where possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience.
• Strong project experience is essential.
• MRICS preferred.
• Non-MRICS candidates will be considered if actively progressing through the APC.
• Experience across Employer's Agent and/or Contract Administration would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Genuine interest in developing a career within Building Surveying.

Responsibilities

• Delivering Employer's Agent services across a range of projects.
• Providing Contract Administration services.
• Working closely with the management team throughout project delivery.
• Supporting projects from inception through to completion.
• Carrying out building surveys.
• Undertaking dilapidations and related professional surveying services.

Our client, a well-established Building Consultancy is looking to appoint a Building Surveyor to join their growing team in Bristol.

This is a project-focused opportunity, with the successful candidate working closely with the management team to deliver Employer's Agent and Contract Administration services across a range of projects.

Alongside the core project work, the role will provide exposure to a broad range of professional surveying disciplines, including building surveys, dilapidations and related services. This varied experience is designed to support continued professional development and progression through the APC pathway.

Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits:
