Our client, a well-established Building Consultancy is looking to appoint a Building Surveyor to join their growing team in Bristol.

This is a project-focused opportunity, with the successful candidate working closely with the management team to deliver Employer's Agent and Contract Administration services across a range of projects.

Alongside the core project work, the role will provide exposure to a broad range of professional surveying disciplines, including building surveys, dilapidations and related services. Building Surveyor Job Overview:

The successful Building Surveyor will primarily focus on project work, supporting the delivery of Employer's Agent and Contract Administration services. The role will include:

Building Surveyor Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience
• Strong project experience is essential
• MRICS preferred
• Non-MRICS candidates will be considered if actively progressing through the APC
• Experience across Employer's Agent and/or Contract Administration would be advantageous
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Genuine interest in developing a career within Building Surveying
