Trust in People are recruiting a Project Administrator / Coordinator for the Crawley/Horsham area to support a mechanical subcontractor operating in the water sector across the South East of England.

You will coordinate project activities, assist with roll-out and monitoring schedules, order materials and equipment, and liaise with internal staff, clients and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and budget compliance.

Competenze

• Experience as a Project Administrator or Coordinator in construction or mechanical environments.
• Strong documentation and schedule management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project administration processes.

Mansioni

• Coordinate project activities and monitor schedules.
• Order materials and equipment from approved suppliers.
• Communicate with staff, clients and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
