Some of the processes need tightening up. The audits can be a grind. You'll need to chase people for documentation they should have sorted already. If you're the kind of person who enjoys bringing order to chaos, you'll enjoy it here.

There’s a lot of variety here, you’ll be managing day-to-day project logistics, keeping documentation sharp, and making sure key milestones are met. You’ll need to be someone who’s happy juggling multiple priorities, confident gathering and organising audit documentation, and comfortable working across departments.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the coordination and delivery of operational and audit-related projects.
  • Maintaining project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and key documentation.
  • Preparing audit reports, tracking findings, and supporting corrective action plans.
  • Assisting with budget tracking and ensuring work stays within scope.
  • Running project meetings and workshops—owning the agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Providing consistent, clear reporting to the Senior Operations & Project Manager and wider teams.
  • Helping improve internal processes and policies for smoother delivery and audit readiness.
