There’s a lot of variety here. You’ll manage day-to-day project logistics, keep documentation sharp, and ensure key milestones are met. You’ll need to be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, gathering and organising audit documentation, and working across departments.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting operational and audit projects.
  • Maintaining project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and documentation.
  • Preparing audit reports, tracking findings, and supporting corrective actions.
  • Assisting with budget tracking and scope management.
  • Running meetings and workshops—owning agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Providing clear reports to the Senior Operations & Project Manager and teams.
  • Helping improve internal processes and policies.
