Job summary

University of East Anglia’s Norwich Business School is seeking a Help to Grow Programme Coordinator on a 0.8 FTE, 4 days a week, fixed-term basis for 6 months. You will be the first point of contact for programme delegates, manage enquiries, and ensure an excellent participant experience.

You will promote the programme through digital channels, create engaging content for social media, maintain records, and support event and project management using MS Office and databases.

Qualifications

  • Excellent administrative and communication skills.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and creating content plans.
  • Excellent IT skills with MS Office applications including databases.
  • Experience of event and project management.

Salary on appointment will be £26,707 per annum pro rata, with an annual increment up to £30,378 per annum pro rata.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Help to Grow Programme Coordinator to support the successful delivery of the Help to Grow: Management Programme at Norwich Business School.

As the first point of contact for programme delegates, you will support applicants throughout their journey, responding to enquiries and ensuring an excellent participant experience. You will maintain robust administrative systems and processes, ensuring programme records are accurate, organised and compliant with contractual and reporting requirements.

You will also play a key role in promoting the programme through our digital channels, creating and scheduling engaging content across social media platforms, maintaining our online presence, and helping to grow awareness of the programme and its impact.

You will have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, the ability to establish good working relationships with customers and experience of managing social media platforms and creating content plans. You’ll also have excellent IT skills relating to Microsoft Office applications including databases, and experience of event and project management.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team delivering a nationally recognised programme that helps ambitious business leaders develop and grow their organisations.

This part-time (0.8 FTE, 4 days a week) post is available immediately on a fixed basis for 6 months.
