Contract: Permanent - available on part-time (4 days per week) or full-time basis

Are you an organised, proactive Project Coordinator looking to make a genuine difference? Do you want your work to directly support neurodivergent children and their families? 💙

We are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a growing, values-driven charity that provides life-changing support to neurodivergent children and their parents. The organisation is entering an exciting phase of growth and is launching a vital programme designed to significantly expand its reach, connect with more families, and increase access to its essential services.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and play a central role in delivering a high-impact, mission-critical programme 🚀

As Project Coordinator, you will be at the heart of an ambitious initiative aimed at engaging more parents and ensuring families can access the support they need.

Working closely with senior leaders, you will:

  • Coordinate and drive delivery of the outreach programme, keeping milestones on track
  • Manage multiple workstreams confidently and efficiently
  • Build strong relationships with parents, schools, community partners, and stakeholders
  • Use CRM systems to manage engagement data and track impact
  • Analyse performance data using Excel to measure growth and success
  • Produce clear, engaging written communications and reports
  • Contribute ideas to strengthen outreach strategy and maximise engagement

This is a varied, fast-paced role where organisation, initiative, and excellent communication skills will truly shine.

You’ll bring energy, structure, and positivity to the team. We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced within the charity or not-for-profit sector
  • A confident multi-tasker who enjoys managing competing priorities
  • Digitally confident - able to make digital content including videos, graphics, posters, and written materials
  • A natural relationship builder who connects easily with a range of stakeholders
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working alongside senior leaders
  • Experience within Education, Youth services or SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)

If you’re passionate about meaningful work, thrive in a dynamic environment, and want to help expand essential support for families, this could be the perfect next step in your career 🌟
