A quick look at the role
The Project Coordinator manages all aspects of administration work for new business mobilisations, supporting the Business Development Managers. You will also support Account Managers with existing business mobilisations, optimisations, and demobilisations.
Your Core Responsibilities
- Follow all auditable procedures (such as checklists) and ensure they are completed within specified deadlines.
- Find solutions for sites where Biffa are unable to service directly and liaise with Supply Chain to find profitable sub-contracted work.
- Import data from Excel into the in-house database.
- Set up new and amend existing contracts and purchase orders.
- Liaise with the Business Development Managers/Account Managers to ensure we meet the customer needs and requirements throughout mobilisation.
- Liaise with the Customer at a Head Office and Site level.
- Maintain a running update of all projects within the shared folders, including all revenue details on mobilisation schedules.
Our Essential Requirements
- Administration experience with a customer-focused attitude.
- Resilient with the ability to work effectively towards KPIs.
- Confident with all Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
