Job summary

Balmoral Comtec Limited in Aberdeen is seeking a Project Coordinator to coordinate project activities across engineering, production, procurement and external stakeholders. You will monitor material orders, support test preparation, identify risks and prepare project documentation to meet milestones and scheduling.

This on-site role offers opportunities for professional development in a dynamic offshore energy environment.

Qualifications

• Higher National Certificate (HNC) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or a related discipline.
• PRINCE2 Foundation or APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities with engineering, production, procurement and external stakeholders to support project schedules.
• Monitor material orders and delivery dates to help ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Support test preparation activities by ensuring parts, equipment and documentation are available when required.
• Identify project risks, issues or delays and escalates to Project Engineers.
• Prepare and distribute project reports, meeting minutes and project documentation to stakeholders.
• Attend project meetings, record actions and monitor progress against agreed timescales.
• Support deployment planning for personnel and equipment involved in aftermarket activities.

Education

Higher National Certificate (HNC) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or a related discipline.

PRINCE2 Foundation or APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ).
