Job summary

Freudenberg is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage cross-functional project activities and keep schedules on track at Aberdeen. You will coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement and external partners to ensure milestones are met and necessary materials and documentation are available for testing and deployment.

The role emphasizes risk identification, timely reporting, and proactive planning for aftermarket activities, requiring an HNC/HND or equivalent and PRINCE2/APM PFQ

Qualifications

• Higher National Certificate (HNC) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or a related discipline.
• PRINCE2 Foundation or APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities with engineering, production, procurement and external stakeholders to support project schedules.
• Monitor material orders and delivery dates to help ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Support test preparation activities by ensuring parts, equipment and documentation are available when required.
• Identify project risks, issues or delays and implement mitigation plans.
• Prepare and distribute project reports, meeting minutes and project documentation to stakeholders.
• Attend project meetings, record actions and monitor progress against agreed timescales.
• Support deployment planning for personnel and equipment involved in aftermarket activities.
