Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead client-facing control delivery on major infrastructure programmes across the South East. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver robust planning, cost control, risk management and performance insights throughout the project lifecycle.

You will contribute to mobilisation through delivery, handover and benefits realisation, driving data‑driven decisions and digital project controls across projects and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in project controls roles across infrastructure, transportation, or buildings.
• Strong understanding of planning, risk, cost, and performance management.
• Experience supporting projects through mobilisation to delivery and handover.
• Ability to collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing project controls delivery on major infrastructure programmes.
• Provide integrated programme controls across planning, risk, cost and performance.
• Champion digital project controls and data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Cost & Commercial, Design & Engineering, and Digital Intelligence teams.
• Support growth of Arcadis' Project & Programme Controls community.
