Qualifications

• Relevant business experience supporting large and complex projects.
• Good communication skills and ability to liaise with peers and senior colleagues.
• Commercial awareness and organizational understanding.
• Logical thinker capable of coordinating multi-faceted project aspects.
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and systems.
• AWPM.
• EVM.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

• Work within established financial procedures to assist in producing basic project plans and schedules and monitor financial information.
• Individually contribute to a range of professional assignments and monitor to support on-time delivery.
• Independently collate and interpret data to prepare project documents.
• Analyse data and trends to develop simple recommendations for senior colleagues.
• Monitor and evaluate existing project management processes to identify improvements.
• Complete complex professional tasks and support the project management function.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide advisory support and ensure policy vs practice alignment.
