Job summary

AECOM is seeking an Associate Project Controls Consultant in the UK to manage and deliver project and programme controls, focusing on budget and forecast costs to capture status.

You will join the Integrated Programme Controls team and apply PMO best practice on infrastructure projects, with travel as needed.

The role requires degree and Earned Value, Primavera P6/MS Project and PowerBI skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university or equivalent.
• Experience in Cost Control or Planning & Scheduling in multi-discipline projects.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management and cost forecasting.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 or MS Project and PowerBI.
• Willingness to travel and work in infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver project and programme controls.
• Prepare revised cost forecasts and progress trend analyses.
• Support PMO functions and contract cost reviews.
• Lead cost reporting and change management activities.
• Mentor junior staff where appropriate.
