Alpha Financial Markets Consulting is seeking a Project and Change Manager to lead the Change team in a hybrid Leeds role. You will own change initiatives from PM/CM/BA perspectives, driving delivery, identifying risks, and providing practical solutions with senior stakeholders.

The role emphasizes governance, cross‑functional collaboration and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will guide acquisition integrations, IT and operational changes, while working 2–3 days in the Leeds

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in project/ change management or transformation.
• Experience leading acquisition integration, IT or operational change projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead and deliver change initiatives, projects and programmes including integration projects.
• Drive projects forwards with milestones and deliverables on track.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and governance with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Act as trusted advisor to leaders, building buy-in and reducing resistance.
• Translate complex information into clear communications for senior audiences.
• Identify and manage risks, challenges and opportunities in change projects.
• Monitor change progress and drive corrective actions where needed.
• Support continuous improvement and share lessons learned.
