CRP Subsea Ltd is seeking a Project Assistant in Skelmersdale, UK, offering up to £32,000 per annum and a discretionary bonus. The role supports the Projects department, ensuring policy compliance and timely communication with customers.

You will deliver project tasks, follow processes, and identify process improvements while maintaining high service levels for internal and external stakeholders. Strong teamwork and proactive attitude are essential.

• The successful delivery of all project-related tasks issued to you by the business.

• Identify opportunities for improvement in systems, processes and documentation.

• Deal with customer queriers quickly and efficiently.
• Develop a high level of trust and confidence with your customer and internal stakeholders.
• Attend regular project meetings and ensure that internal stakeholders within the business are in receipt of the appropriate levels of information required to ensure successful delivery.
• Issue management and progress reports as required (internal and external).
• Support the sales department in winning work (e.g. helping with schedules for bids).
• Carry out any other reasonable duties that may be requested from time to time.
