Job summary

Saipem is seeking an ROV Crewing Assistant to join the ROV Operations team in the UK. You will help manage crew assignments and handle related administrative tasks under the guidance of the ROV Crewing Team.

You will liaise with offshore teams, HR, and Training to verify certificates, update the 3VM database, and ensure compliance with the CAAS scheme while supporting project coordination for global offshore activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced industry.
• Experience in Personnel Logistics or Crewing preferred.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and selection of ROV staff and agency personnel for offshore projects.
• Support administration for project-specific requirements.
• Provide holiday cover for the ROV Crewing Coordinator.
• Ensure compliance with the Saipem ROV Personnel Competence Scheme (CAAS).
• Update 3VM (Saipem Management Crew database) to assign staff and agency personnel with Crewing team.
• Coordinate with offshore ROV Teams, HR, Training/CAAS, and Project Managers to verify certificates and training.
• Establish a strong understanding of individual ROV employee strengths.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Department.
