We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and well-organized individual to support a National Heritage Lottery Fund-supported project. The project focuses on researching and promoting geology and fossil collectors of Cromer, as well as creating digital resources for the Cromer Museum Geology Gallery to enhance access to the collection.
You will collaborate with the Curator of Cromer Museum and the Chair of the Friends of Cromer Museum to coordinate and monitor the project's delivery, including its timeline and budget.
Responsibilities include developing and delivering collections research and digital resources as part of the funded project. The ideal candidate will be motivated, efficient, personable, and possess excellent IT skills. Strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize workloads, and a team-oriented attitude with good initiative are essential. Experience in a museum environment and working with externally funded projects or volunteers are desirable.
