The Marine Society & Sea Cadets (MSSC) is a vibrant charity delivering nautical adventure for young people through the Sea Cadets, providing personal and professional development for seafarers. We are seeking an OTW Project Assistant to support the delivery of the On The Water project at our London boating station. The role involves engaging with young people aged 9-14, facilitating boating activities, and supporting project administration before, during, and after the delivery period (29 July 2024 to 30 August 2025). The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, creative, and enthusiastic about working with young people and volunteers.
Key responsibilities include participant registration, data tracking, booking management, community outreach, ensuring safety and wellbeing, and supporting project evaluation and participant engagement.
Requirements include experience working with volunteers and young people, community outreach, data management, and a satisfactory DBS check.
