Job Description

Role Mission: The Qualitative Project Assistant coordinates qualitative projects and supports the Project Manager to ensure projects meet client specifications. They manage respondents, vendors, freelancers, and translation agencies, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in respondent recruitment in the local language, including panel and free-finding methods.
  • Call, confirm, and rescreen respondents from online screeners.
  • Update recruitment spreadsheets for Project Managers.
  • Manage and control vendors for allocated projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
  • Check vendor deliverables.
  • Negotiate costs and manage vendor progress throughout projects.
  • Maintain relationships with freelancers and vendors.
  • Liaise with clients as needed.
Qualifications

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; experience in market research, especially in healthcare, is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Native French speaker.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive in issue resolution.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
