Reporting to the Supervisory Board, the Contribution & Development (C&D) Office plays a key role in shaping and evolving the William Grant Way, while providing governance and oversight of the model. The team also supports the Supervisory Board by monitoring the progress of Corporate Social Responsibility activities.
We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Assistant to join our Contribution & Development (C&D) Office and provide essential operational, administrative and project support to the team.
This role is responsible for managing and maintaining project documentation, including action logs, trackers and governance records and ensuring the information is accurate and up to date. You will coordinate meetings from planning through to minute taking and follow-up actions, whilst also managing diaries and travel arrangement s for the Supervisory Board counsel.
In addition, you will support the analysis of business information and the preparation of reports, presentations and key project materials, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of team priorities.
You will have experience providing high-quality administrative and project support within a busy environment, ideally supporting multiple workstreams, initiatives, or projects simultaneously using Microsoft 365 packages.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and detail-oriented, with excellent planning and time management skills. You will be comfortable managing competing priorities, building effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, and taking ownership of tasks to ensure they are delivered to a consistently high standard.
