Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a well-established RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice in Wrexham to recruit an experienced Project Architect. You will lead a variety of healthcare, education, commercial, industrial and residential projects from inception to completion, producing high-quality Revit drawings and construction details.

The role offers hybrid working, a supportive team culture, and clear opportunities for long-term progression as the practice continues to grow.

Qualifications

• Experience independently running projects.
• 3+ years post-qualification experience within an architectural practice.
• Strong technical detailing ability.
• Confident liaising with clients, contractors and consultants.
• Experience across healthcare, education, commercial, industrial or residential sectors would be beneficial.
• Ability to mentor and support junior team members.
• Good knowledge of Revit.

Responsibilities

• Lead and independently manage a variety of architectural projects from inception through to completion.
• Deliver technically focused projects across the healthcare, education, commercial, industrial and residential development sectors.
• Produce high-quality technical drawings, construction details and drawing packages using Revit.
• Liaise directly with clients, contractors, consultants and local authorities throughout project delivery.
• Work on both new-build and refurbishment projects with values ranging from approximately £250k to £15 million.
• Collaborate within a friendly, multidisciplinary team in a highly technical and supportive office environment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior members of the architectural team.

Our client is a well-established RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice with over 100 years of industry experience, are currently seeking an experienced Project Architect to join their team in Wrexham. Delivering innovative and technically driven designs across the UK, they work on a diverse portfolio of projects within the Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Industrial and Residential Development sectors, with project values ranging from approximately £250,000 to £15 million.
