Job summary

Bennett And Game Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Architect to join a well-established practice in Wrexham. The role focuses on technical delivery across healthcare, education, commercial, industrial and residential sectors, with project values from £250k to £15m.

You will lead projects from inception to completion using Revit, liaise with clients and contractors, and mentor junior team members within a supportive, long-term growth environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years post-qualification experience within an architectural practice.
• Experience leading projects from inception through completion.
• Strong Revit skills and technical detailing ability.
• Confident liaising with clients, contractors and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead and independently manage a variety of architectural projects from inception through to completion.
• Deliver technically focused projects across healthcare, education, commercial, industrial and residential sectors.
• Produce high-quality technical drawings, construction details and drawing packages using Revit.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and local authorities throughout project delivery.
• Work on both new-build and refurbishment projects with values from £250k to £15 million.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior members of the architectural team.

Project Architect - Overview

Project Architect - Requirements

• Experience independently running projects.
• 3+ years post-qualification experience within an architectural practice.
• Good knowledge of Revit
• Strong technical and detailing ability.
• Confident liaising with clients, contractors and consultants.
• Experience across healthcare, education, commercial, industrial or residential development sectors would be beneficial.
• Ability to mentor and support junior team members.
