Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd is looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their Wrexham team. You will lead projects from inception to completion, delivering technically focused designs across sectors using Revit.

The role offers hybrid working, a salary up to £50,000 with DOE, plus benefits and clear progression opportunities within a well-established practice.

Qualifications

• Several years' post-qualification experience within an architectural practice.
• Good knowledge of Revit.
• Strong technical and detailing ability.
• Experience across healthcare, education, commercial, industrial or residential development sectors would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and independently manage a variety of architectural projects from inception through to completion.
• Deliver technically focused projects across healthcare, education, commercial, industrial and residential sectors.
• Produce high-quality technical drawings, construction details and drawing packages using Revit.
• Liaise directly with clients, contractors, consultants and local authorities throughout project delivery.
• Work on both new-build and refurbishment projects with values ranging from £250k to £15 million.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior members of the architectural team.

Our client is a well‑established RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice with over 100 years of industry experience, are currently seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team in Wrexham. Delivering innovative and technically driven designs across the UK, they work on a diverse portfolio of projects within the Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Industrial and Residential Development sectors, with project values ranging from approximately £250,000 to £15 million.
