Job summary

Bennett And Game Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their Wrexham team. You will lead and deliver technical drawings and construction details for healthcare, education, commercial, industrial and residential sectors, using Revit.

The role offers a salary up to £50,000, hybrid working, flexible hours, pension and strong long-term progression within a well-established practice.

Qualifications

• Experience running projects independently.
• Several years' post-qualification experience in an architectural practice.
• Good knowledge of Revit.
• Strong technical and detailing ability.
• Experience across healthcare, education, commercial, industrial or residential sectors would be beneficial.
• Ability to mentor and support junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and independently manage a variety of architectural projects from inception through to completion.
• Deliver technically focused projects across multiple sectors.
• Produce high-quality technical drawings, construction details and drawing packages using Revit.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and local authorities during delivery.
• Work on both new-build and refurbishment projects valued from £250k to £15 million.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and provide technical guidance to junior staff.
