Job summary

9B Careers is a small, design-led architectural practice in NW3, specialising in high-end residential architecture and interiors. We seek an experienced Project Architect with around five years' UK experience to take genuine ownership of projects from start to finish.

The role covers running high-end residential projects, taking them through the full process, and coordinating consultants and contractors. Office-based five days a week with potential flexibility as you embed into the team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Architect with around 5 years' UK experience.
• Experience taking at least five residential projects from start to finish.
• Experience running projects, not only delivering individual packages.
• Strong technical ability combined with a good design eye.
• Confident client-facing skills.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility for projects.

They are looking for an experienced Project Architect with around five years’ experience who can take genuine ownership of projects from start to finish.

The Role

• Run high-end residential projects with limited senior oversight
• Take projects through the full process from early design through to completion

About You

• Qualified Architect with around 5 years' UK experience
• Proven experience taking at least five residential projects from start to finish
• Experience running projects rather than only delivering individual technical packages
• Strong technical ability combined with a good design eye
• Confident client-facing skills
• Able to work independently and take responsibility for projects
• AutoCAD experience essential

This is an opportunity to join a close-knit seven-person studio where you will have genuine responsibility and visibility across the practice. The role is initially office-based five days a week to become fully embedded in the team, with flexibility developing over time.
