Job summary

Architecture Social Limited in Greenwich, London is seeking a Project Architect to take ownership from concept through to on-site completion. Qualifications

• Qualified Architect with at least five years' relevant experience.
• Strong portfolio showing exceptional design quality and attention to detail.
• Experience in high-end residential, hospitality or commercial architecture.
• Excellent technical detailing and knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
• Experience delivering projects through RIBA Stages 3 to 5.
• Confident coordinating consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers.
• Strong communication, organisation and project management skills.

Our client is an ambitious, hands‑on architectural practice based in London's Design District in Greenwich. They have a varied portfolio of high-end residential, hospitality and commercial projects, mostly in prime central London. They're also working on two international hotel projects right now, so you'll get to work on larger-scale hospitality work as well as exceptional London schemes.

The Role

As Project Architect, you'll take ownership of projects through the RIBA stages and work closely with the directors and the wider design team. It's a genuinely hands‑on role with lots of responsibility, direct contact with clients and a real say in the design. You'll also have the chance to help shape how the practice grows.
