Job summary

Ignis Partners Limited, a London practice renowned for high-end residential design, seeks a Senior Associate Architect to own projects, oversee multiple schemes and shape the direction of the practice.

The role requires ARB registration, 5+ years PQE in high-end residential work, and a proven track record delivering projects end to end. You will lead design, coordinate consultants, mentor juniors and contribute to client fee proposals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ post-qualification experience.
• ARB-registered Architect.
• High-end residential experience (essential).
• Proven track record running projects end to end.
• Excellent knowledge of Building Regulations and construction detailing.
• Listed building knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-end residential projects across RIBA Stages 0–7.
• Manage project teams and coordinate consultants.

Our client is an award-winning London practice specialising in high-end residential, known for detail-led design, complex refurbishments and heritage-sensitive schemes. The business is in a growth phase, so this is a chance to help shape direction, not just deliver work handed down.

This is a senior position for an architect ready to operate at Associate level: owning your projects, overseeing several at once and contributing to how the practice runs.

Key Responsibilities
