Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Project Architect to join a RIBA chartered practice in Chorley. You will lead design development, produce detailed information for all RIBA stages, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on healthcare projects.

The role offers hybrid working, a contributory pension, and ongoing professional development. ARB registration and strong Revit skills, along with UK building regulations knowledge, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• ARB registered with UK practice experience.
• Strong post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience.
• Experience managing complex projects across sectors.
• Proficient in producing detailed drawings and designs.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Live within a commutable distance to Chorley.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed project information for all RIBA stages.
