Job summary

Bimplus, an established RIBA chartered practice in Stockport, is seeking an Architect to join their design team. You will produce detailed project information for all RIBA stages and coordinate with the design team, main contractors and site teams.

The successful candidate must be ARB registered with post RIBA Part 3 experience, proficient in Revit, and able to work across multiple sectors. High-risk buildings experience is advantageous, with strong technical, presentation and communication

Qualifications

• ARB registered with post RIBA Part 3 qualification.
• Proficiency using Revit for detailed project information.
• Experience across multiple sectors and design stages.
• Experience on high-risk buildings is advantageous.
• Excellent technical and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills within team and contractors.
• ARB registered and Part 3-complete.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed project information for all RIBA stages.
• Work with the design team on day-to-day project information.
• Liaise with main contractors and sub-contractors.
• Attend design team meetings and site visits.
• Issue working drawing packs of information.
